Fourth Grade Homework/Tests

Week of March 14 – 18, 2016

Important Information:

Reading/Spelling:
Reading –Children have a new reader,”More Than a Game.” We have a study guide for this reader. Open Book Quiz Wednesday of next week.

Language Arts/Spelling: Affix test on tele will be Friday. Spelling Test #20 will be Friday. Context Clues Test this week. Students should study vocabulary every night for at least 5 minutes.

Alabama History: We will begin Chapter 11 this week. Chapter 11 Vocabulary Test Sections 1 and 2 will be this Friday.

Math:

This week we are learning about Metric Units of measure. A study guide will be provided. Homework Packet is due on Friday.

Science:

We are finishing our Information Unit this week. We are also working on Aspire Test Prep in Science. Next week we will begin learning about Electromagnetic Waves. I will be grading our notebooks on Thursday/Friday. Notebook pages are completed in class daily.
